What you'll do with us As IT security manager, you'll have broad responsibility for developing, governing, and overseeing Green Cargo's IT security work. The role combines strategic security work with operational and technical depth. In this role, you'll: Develop and drive Green Cargo's IT security roadmap and security capabilities forward. Monitor threat landscapes and external developments, translating technical risks into business consequences and priorities. Drive and develop IT security architecture for systems, networks, and cloud services. Develop and track security requirements, guidelines, and policies. Be a qualified participant in technical discussions and able to challenge and set requirements for solutions together with technical stakeholders and other IT experts. Own IT security matters in the Architecture Board. Set requirements for and oversee external security and IT service providers. Participate in the upcoming SOC services procurement, including requirements definition, evaluation, and delivery oversight. Ensure Security by Design is embedded in new systems, platforms, and change initiatives. Lead and coordinate IT security incident response. Monitor the SOC provider's work, including alerts, reports, and security-related actions. Contribute to training and increased security awareness across the organization. Work closely with the CISO, IT teams, business units, service providers, and partners. Your team and workplace You'll join the IT Operations unit, where IT security, Cloud Operations, Change Management, and product ownership converge. You'll report to the Head of IT Operations and work closely with Green Cargo's CISO. The role has many touch points and you'll be an important advisor and collaborator for both technical and business-oriented functions. About you We're looking for someone with solid, multi-year experience in IT security who thrives in combining strategic responsibility with operational execution and technical understanding. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Several years of experience in IT security, including multiple years in operational or technically-oriented security roles. Experience from larger organizations with complex IT environments. Experience working both strategically and operationally with IT security. Solid understanding of IT security architecture and ability to participate in technical discussions about systems, networks, and cloud services. Experience with cloud-based infrastructures, particularly Microsoft Azure. Experience with SaaS solutions, integrations, and outsourced IT and security services. Experience in vendor management and requirements setting within IT security. Ability to translate technical security risks into clear requirements, priorities, and recommendations. Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Swedish citizenship. It's a plus if you have experience with: Transport or logistics industry. Procurement and requirements setting for IT or security services. SOC deliveries and security monitoring. Military signals security or military IT security. Systems administration or network administration. Public sector or other mission-critical operations.
