Assignment Description
We are seeking an experienced project manager for an assignment. You will lead a subproject tasked with developing work methods for national situation pictures of medical technology products and creating conditions for sharing information with relevant stakeholders in potential supply shortage situations.
The assignment also includes developing and adapting system support for situation pictures and environmental monitoring. You are responsible for leading and prioritizing the project's work, monitoring goals, timelines, deliverables and budgets, and identifying and driving solutions to obstacles.
The role also involves reporting to governance and follow-up, as well as close coordination with operations, development teams, administration, the client, users and other public sector actors.
Mandatory Requirements
You must speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
During the past 3 years, you must have led and completed at least 2 feasibility studies within IT/operations development, from problem formulation to decision recommendation.
You must have at least 3 years of experience planning, leading and documenting complex workshops in problem-solving, requirements gathering or process mapping.
You must have at least 5 years of experience in project management with collaboration and reporting to external parties, such as government agencies, regions, private actors or suppliers.
You must have at least 5 years of experience in development projects with phased IT system deliverables.
During the past 3 years, you must have worked according to established project management models and agile methods in at least 2 assignments.
Meritorious Qualifications
You should have experience as a project manager in the public sector, with compliance and government collaboration.
You should have experience with medical technology products, environmental monitoring of supply shortages or regulated pharmaceutical/healthcare environments.
You should have experience with crisis management and supply preparedness, such as crisis readiness, supply shortages, continuity planning or supply chains within critical societal operations.
You should have experience with data sharing and system integration, including requirements definition or implementation of IT support for data sharing, situation pictures or integration between organizations/systems.
