What do you do?
You join a team of four people and work to ensure that our production-critical IT environment is stable, secure, and functioning well. The role includes operation, maintenance, and support of production-critical IT systems, where troubleshooting and problem-solving are a natural part of your daily work. At the same time, you work proactively to develop, improve, and future-proof our solutions to prevent disruptions and meet operational needs.
Location
The placement for this position is Sandviken. Occasional business travel may occur.
Your profile
You have relevant IT education or equivalent experience. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Technical areas you master:
Experience with IT support at client and server levels, preferably in a production environment
Network segmentation via firewalls
OT environments in production
Virtualization environments
Server and system administration
Meritorious: SQL knowledge
We are in a phase where we are streamlining production through increased connectivity and data collection. Experience and strong interest in this area is a major advantage and something we value highly.
