Do you want to drive the development of future IT processes in an operation where structure, quality, and efficiency are critical? We are now seeking an IT Process Leader for a client in the defense industry where you will have a central role in developing, harmonizing, and improving IT processes and working methods.
In this role, you will work closely with operational IT operations with a focus on process development, tool support, and continuous improvements. You are responsible for ensuring efficient process flows, shorter lead times, and high delivery quality while driving roadmap activities and developing processes according to best practices and ITIL.
You will be an important part of creating structure, alignment, and long-term development within a complex and socially critical IT environment in Linköping.

Your responsibilities
Lead development and maintenance of IT processes, methods, and working practices
Drive harmonization and standardization of processes within the operation
Ensure that processes follow ITIL and established best practices
Work with requirements related to tool support and process improvements
Drive roadmap activities and improvement initiatives
Monitor process performance and identify areas for development
Facilitate workshops, dialogues, and collaboration between different stakeholders
Contribute to increased efficiency, improved delivery capability, and higher quality
Your profile
Experience in process development and process management within IT
Good experience working with ITIL
Understanding of and experience with ServiceNow
Experience driving change and improvement initiatives
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple parts of the organization
Good analytical abilities and a structured working approach
Experience with roadmap work and coordination of development initiatives
