Lesley is in a development phase where business, digitalization, and technology are increasingly interconnected. With new initiatives, increased external presence, and a growing need for structure in the IT environment, the role of IT Manager becomes central to the company's continued development. We are now seeking an IT Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for further developing, structuring, and driving Lesley's IT function forward in a role that combines strategic responsibility with a clear operational focus. Organization and Work Approach Lesley is characterized by proximity to decision-making, high pace, and flexibility. The IT function is small but central and works closely with both management and operations. You will lead a team of three employees, including two full-stack developers and one specialist in business logic and data. Work is conducted cross-functionally in an environment where collaboration and broad engagement are critical, which requires both breadth, prioritization skills, and a pragmatic approach. Background As Lesley develops new business areas and strengthens its digital presence, the demands on IT as a central enabler increase. The business is complex, not least due to a strong and well-established network of resellers, which places high demands on business systems, data logic, and effective IT support. About the Role As IT Manager, you are responsible for Lesley's IT function from strategic direction to operational delivery. You develop and implement IT strategy, drive digitalization, and ensure that IT effectively supports the company's business objectives. The role encompasses responsibility for the entire IT environment, including infrastructure, system management, technical platforms, security, and vendors. This is an operational leadership role where you work closely with the business and, at times, are actively involved in, for example, support, system issues, and problem-solving. The combination of helicopter perspective and hands-on work is central. An important part of the role is to contribute to the development and strengthening of Lesley's digital business, where understanding of e-commerce, customer journey, and how technology enables business development is central. Your Assignment You further develop the IT function and create structure within, for example, IT governance, budget, vendor management, licenses, and policies and guidelines. The business system, where Jeeves is central, is an important part of the business and involves close work with system management, integrations, and prioritization of development initiatives. You are also responsible for IT infrastructure, including server environments, networks, client platforms, and cloud services, as well as ensuring stable operations and efficiency. Information security is an integrated part of the role, where you work with risk analysis, compliance, incident management, and backup and continuity solutions. Future Perspective - Digitalization and AI Lesley has a clear ambition to develop work with digitalization, AI, and automation. Focus is on streamlining processes, strengthening data-driven decision-making, and developing support for both customers and resellers. You contribute by identifying opportunities, driving initiatives, and working with external partners to realize these. Who Are You? You are a confident, pragmatic, and business-oriented IT leader who thrives in an environment where structure and development go hand in hand. You have the ability to switch between strategy and operational work, build trust in the organization, and convert technology into business value. Education and Experience You have relevant education or equivalent experience and at least five years of experience in IT management in an operational context. You have worked broadly within IT, preferably with both infrastructure and system development, and have experience in vendor management and change management. Experience with ERP systems is important, where Jeeves and integration work are meriting. Knowledge within SQL, AI/automation, and system understanding is also seen as an advantage. Experience from e-commerce and digital business development, together with a commercial perspective, is meriting and is seen as an important competence for developing the interplay between technology, customer experience, and business.
