About the Position

As a solutions architect, you work in a central role within the IT organization and support the maintenance of existing systems while participating in the development of new systems and IT solutions through both project and management assignments.
We are looking for a solutions architect to work with, among other things, structured data management and power system models.
Examples of Work Tasks:
- Lead and drive the development of IT solutions in a correct manner based on needs assessments and with consideration for existing IT services in the organization.
- Oversee the design of applications and integrations in accordance with Svenska kraftnät's target architecture, architectural principles, IT security architecture, and guidelines on standards. The solutions architect ensures that the technical solution complies with the requirements specified by the domain architect.
- Serve as an expert for one or more IT systems/applications in technical discussions with unit managers, management leaders, and domain architects.
- Contribute to developing target architecture and support management establishment.
As a solutions architect, you will be part of a unit currently consisting of 12 colleagues, including IT specialists, domain architects, management leaders, and systems and application managers. You will collaborate with engaged colleagues and be part of the Nordic and European ecosystem in the journey toward the future Svenska kraftnät.
About You

You have a university degree in a technical field we consider relevant for the position, or equivalent competence acquired in other ways. You also have:
- Comprehensive knowledge within IT and technology, as well as in specializations such as infrastructure, integrations, data modeling, or service orientation.
- Ability to translate business architecture into sustainable technical solutions, including profitability assessments.
- Several years of current work experience with IT solutions architecture in accordance with established architectural methods, tools, and processes.
- Work experience defining and delivering IT solutions and architecture-related matters based on strategy, business processes, and operational requirements.
- Understanding of development processes, development tools, development frameworks, and third-party products.
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English.
It is Meritorious if You Have:
- Experience in a large organization with mission-critical and complex operations, as well as experience from the energy sector.
- Experience with integration and infrastructure matters.
- Certification within IT architecture.
- Modeling experience of, among other things, processes in EA tools, such as SparxEA.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the CIM standard.

- The position is located in Sundbyberg/Stockholm.
- Opportunity for remote work up to 50% #LI-hybrid.
- Travel may occur in this position.
