We are looking for an IT Requirements Analyst who wants to take a key role in one of our most strategic digitalization initiatives. Here you will get to contribute throughout the journey, from needs analysis and procurement to implementation and handover to operations. What does the role involve? You will drive the requirements work for the procurement and implementation of a new business-critical system that will support airport operations for many years to come. The role involves close collaboration with operations, IT, architecture, security, and procurement to ensure that the right solution is procured and implemented. In the role you will, among other things: - Lead requirements work in pre-studies, investigations, and procurements. - Facilitate workshops and requirements meetings with various stakeholders. - Develop and quality assure requirements specifications, process descriptions, and information models. - Work with both functional and non-functional requirements, for example in IT and information security, accessibility, performance, and operability. - Ensure traceability between needs, requirements, and procurement documents. - Be the link between operations, IT, architecture, security, and suppliers. - Ensure that all attachments, requirements, and documents of the procurement are coherent, complete, and support the operations and IT vision. Who are you? You are analytical, structured, and used to working independently. At the same time, you are a skilled communicator who can create alignment, even in complex contexts with many stakeholders and dependencies. We are looking for you who have: - At least 5 years of experience as a requirements analyst, business analyst, or equivalent role within IT. - Documented experience in leading requirements work in larger procurements, change, or digitalization projects. - Documented experience in writing and compiling formal documents, such as procurement materials and requirements attachments. - Experience in defining, documenting, and quality assuring both functional and non-functional requirements. - Ability to create and maintain traceability throughout the procurement and its attachments. - Good understanding of system integrations, IT architecture, and modern system landscapes. - Experience in process mapping, information modeling, and requirements management. - Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. - Very good ability to write in English. - Meriting experience in: - Public procurement according to LOU or LUF. - Societal critical operations or airport operations. - Business-critical systems with high requirements for availability and security. - Certification in requirements analysis, such as IREB CPRE or equivalent.
