Description Would you like to contribute to safety and security in Swedish society? Then you've come to the right place! We are looking for an IT coordinator who will join our existing coordinator function and, together with other teams, drive the development of our IT environment to ensure that the organization has efficient, stable, and user-friendly IT solutions. As an IT technical coordinator, you will become part of an established function and work in close collaboration with the business, IT department teams, and other coordinators. Responsibilities As an IT technical coordinator, you will work with IT department teams to plan activities and lifecycle management of user-facing technology and help streamline our deliveries and internal processes. You will work both within internal IT management and participate in projects and procurements to ensure IT technology requirements are met. Examples of responsibilities: Coordinate IT assignments both within the unit and with other business areas. Plan, drive, and follow up on activities within IT technology and IT workplace. Streamline and improve IT deliveries within IT technology and operations. Develop, improve, and follow up on internal IT processes, routines, and management. Monitor and follow up on contracts, licenses, and call-offs with suppliers. Qualifications We want you to have post-secondary education in IT or other education or experience that is deemed equivalent. You should also have: Several years of work experience with support, installation, and management of user-facing IT technology. Experience managing and driving improvements in IT processes and routines. Good technical knowledge of user-facing IT components such as printers, clients, operating systems, M365, mobile telephony, and video conferencing systems. Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have: Worked as a process manager within ITIL or as an IT-oriented management leader. Experience with IT architecture or IT requirements specification in procurements. We see that you have the ability to take responsibility for your tasks and that you can structure and drive processes forward on your own. You can also set and maintain planned timeframes. You also have the ability to work well with complex issues, where you can analyze and break down problems to find solutions. You also have the ability to work well with other people, where you can relate to them in a responsive and flexible manner. Terms We offer you a permanent full-time employment that begins with a trial period. Due to the nature of the business, you cannot work from home, but we hope this instead contributes to a clearer separation between work and leisure. With us, you get up to 35 vacation days depending on age. You will have the opportunity to exercise during work hours and a favorable wellness allowance. The employment is classified as sensitive due to national security, and we will therefore conduct a security vetting with background checks according to the provisions of the Security Protection Act.
