Work Responsibilities In this role, you'll manage your own customer accounts together with the responsible sales representative, where you both build strong relationships and create long-term value for the customer. You'll function as an advisory IT partner in areas such as operations, infrastructure, and digital development, working closely with the customer to identify needs and propose solutions that support their business goals. The work encompasses both strategic and operational aspects. You'll plan, execute, and follow up on IT projects and deliveries, while also working practically with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of IT environments. You'll also coordinate efforts between the customer and internal technical resources to ensure high quality in delivery. An important part of the role is identifying development opportunities with the customer and contributing to upselling by seeing how IT can create additional business value. Through good documentation, high quality, and a professional approach, you'll contribute to long-term customer satisfaction and successful collaborations. About You We're looking for someone with experience working as an IT consultant, technical consultant, or in a similar role, who is comfortable combining technical competence with a consulting approach. You have broad technical understanding and strong skills in areas such as Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, cloud services, client management, and security. We also see that you have experience with hypervisors and virtualization environments such as VMware, vCenter, Hyper-V, and Proxmox, as well as good knowledge of communication solutions such as firewalls, switches, and WiFi. If you additionally have experience with Azure, Intune, and backup solutions, that's a big plus. As a person, you're self-driven, business-minded, and solution-oriented. You enjoy customer interaction, have an easy time building trust, and like working closely with the business to find solutions that really make a difference. You have the ability to take ownership of your assignments, work in a structured manner, and communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues. You have a good understanding of how IT can contribute to business development, and you are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. A B-category driver's license is required. If you have experience in project management or technical coordination, or certifications in areas such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or other relevant fields, we see that as a merit.
