Here you will have the opportunity to use your technical expertise, tackle varying challenges, and continue developing alongside engaged colleagues. Your Responsibilities As an operations technician, you play an important role in ensuring a stable, secure, and well-functioning IT environment. You work both preventatively and with ongoing operations, where you identify and resolve technical problems and contribute to developing and improving the IT environment. Your responsibilities may include: Operation, maintenance, and administration of IT environments Troubleshooting and incident management Installation, configuration, and system updates Monitoring of systems and services Documentation and collaboration with colleagues and other IT functions Your Profile We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in IT operations and who thrive in a role where problem-solving, structure, and service are in focus. You are proactive, take responsibility for your tasks, and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or similar technical work Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments Experience with troubleshooting and incident management Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Meritorious Experience with virtualization or cloud services Knowledge of networking and server administration Experience with scripting and automation Relevant certifications in IT operations or infrastructure Class B driver's license What We Offer At Eccera, you get the tools you need to reach your goals.
