IT Administrator / Junior System Coordinator

Cenvigo AB is a Swedish technology company that develops digital solutions in e-health and connected systems. Our technical environment includes software, cloud services, databases, APIs, and connected devices. Part of our software development is conducted together with an external development team in Sri Lanka. We are now looking for a junior IT administrator/system coordinator who can support Swedish operations and contribute to efficient collaboration with our external development resources. The role is broad and suits someone who wants to develop further within IT administration, system integration, and eventually software development. Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: administer and support Cenvigo's IT and system environment manage user accounts, access rights, and technical documentation provide technical support to employees and external development resources participate in installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of software and connected systems work with integration between connected devices, backend systems, and cloud services document systems, APIs, workflows, and technical procedures follow up on technical issues, tests, and deliveries coordinate technical matters between Cenvigo's Swedish operations and external development resources contribute to knowledge transfer between the Swedish organization and the development team in Sri Lanka progressively take on greater responsibility in system administration, technical coordination, integration, and software development Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: relevant education in IT, computer science, systems development, or equivalent expertise basic experience in IT administration, system support, systems integration, software development, or technical support good technical understanding good ability to document and communicate technical matters very good English in spoken and written form ability to work both independently and together with colleagues and external development teams Meritorious It is particularly meritorious if you have experience in one or more of the following areas: software development or programming APIs, REST-based services, and systems integration development or integration of systems based on ESP32 or similar microcontroller platforms communication between embedded systems, sensors, and backend/cloud services IoT, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or other technologies for connected devices databases and cloud services software testing and troubleshooting distributed or international development teams technical coordination between operations and software development digital e-health or connected medical technology systems collaboration with development resources in Sri Lanka understanding of the work and communication environment in Sri Lanka relevant language skills that facilitate direct communication and knowledge transfer with development resources in Sri Lanka Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, and technically curious. You should enjoy working in a smaller technology company where tasks can vary and where you have the opportunity to progressively take on greater responsibility. The position is particularly suitable for a junior person who wants to develop within IT administration, systems integration, and technical coordination, and eventually take a larger role in Cenvigo's software and product development.
