30 position(s). Vadstena kommun is now recruiting temporary hourly staff for the autumn and simultaneously hiring substitutes for spring and summer 2027. This allows the temporary hourly worker to get to know the operations over an extended period. In this work you will meet and help people who, due to various functional limitations or age, cannot manage their daily life on their own. You can work either in home care where you visit and help each client in their home, or at one of our two care facilities. We also need temporary hourly staff in personal assistance. We always work to provide the best possible care and support, with a strong focus on each individual's right to self-determination, security, respectful treatment, privacy, and personal integrity. Qualifications To work with us, you must be responsible and have good work ethics. We are looking for positive employees who treat everyone well – our residents, their relatives, and colleagues from all professions. You need good computer skills and must be able to express yourself well in speech and writing to communicate with the person you work with, to handle documentation, and importantly to communicate verbally and in writing with other healthcare providers and relatives. You must be able to work inconvenient hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly nights. Before you begin your orientation at the workplace, you will complete a digital basic training in care and support via the knowledge portal Evikomp and attend a basic training at our Competence Center. You also need to provide a background check and submit references. Until these requirements are met, you cannot be offered a temporary hourly position. Work Permit Before Vadstena kommun can employ someone from outside an EU/EES country, we as an employer must verify that you as a job seeker have the right to work in Sweden.
