Before you start, you will receive an introduction adapted to the workplace, so that you feel secure in your assignment. • Home care in health and social care In home care, you work together with a colleague and meet elderly people in their own homes. You help with daily tasks, personal care, social interaction, and documentation. You travel between customers' homes by car or bicycle, depending on which area they live in. • Special accommodation (SÄBO) in health and social care In special accommodation, you work together with colleagues close to the elderly in their daily lives. You help with daily tasks (such as cleaning, laundry, and meal serving), personal care, social interaction, and documentation. You help create a safe, dignified, and meaningful life for the residents. QUALIFICATIONS This job suits you if you: • Want to provide good personal care • Are comfortable providing support to all people • Are responsible, reliable, and treat your surroundings with respect • Can collaborate and contribute to a good atmosphere at work • Are flexible Requirements • You must be 18 years old • Valid upper secondary education. Education in care, support, children and leisure is meriting. • Class B driving license required in certain operations • Provide an extract from the criminal record (extract for care facilities).
