This means you get a flexible job where you control when you are available; you are offered work based on the days you have indicated you can work. For example, you can work extra alongside your studies. We are looking for you who: Are at least 18 years old Have a genuine interest in children and care work Are responsible, creative, and have a pedagogical approach Can provide a valid extract from the criminal record register prior to a potential employment Hourly Substitute in Preschool As an hourly substitute in preschool, you can work at several of our preschools in Kungsängen and Bro. What does it mean to work as an hourly substitute with us? You cover for regular staff absences and contribute to a safe environment for the children. You participate in all activities during a day at preschool: welcoming, project groups both indoors and outdoors, and routines such as meals and rest time. You should be able to work weekdays between 06:30–18:00. The hourly rate is between 145–165 kr, based on your experience and education. Who we are looking for You need to be able to speak, write, and understand Swedish very well, as language development is an important part of the preschool's mission. It is an advantage if you speak other languages, are a trained childcare worker, or have previous experience working with children. About the recruitment process You submit an expression of interest by attaching your CV and answering a few selection questions. It is important to know that this is an expression of interest – it may therefore take some time before you receive feedback, depending on the needs of the operations.
