This means you get a flexible job where you decide when you are available; you are offered work based on the days you yourself have indicated you can work. We are looking for you who Have reached 18 years of age Have a genuine interest in people and care work Are responsible, flexible, and have good interpersonal skills You need to be able to speak, write, and understand Swedish very well since language is an important part of daily work. Can present a valid extract from the criminal record register prior to a potential employment Hourly Substitute in Elderly Care As an hourly substitute in elderly care, you can work in home care services or at a residential facility for the elderly. This gives you the opportunity to make an important contribution to other people's everyday lives. Work Tasks; Home Care Services In home care services, you help people live a safe and independent life in their own homes. The work tasks vary and can include: Personal care such as toilet assistance, showering, and dressing Support with meals Cleaning, laundry, and shopping Social interaction and motivating conversations Contributing to safety, well-being, and quality of life Residential Facility for the Elderly At a residential facility for the elderly, you work closely with the residents and provide support in their daily lives. The work tasks can include: Assistance with personal care and hygiene Support with dressing and undressing Help with meals and mobility assistance Social interaction and activities Creating a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning living environment You work together with nursing assistants, nurses, and other colleagues to provide the individuals with good care and professional service. The hourly rate is between 145-170 kr and is based on your education and experience. About the Recruitment Process You submit an expression of interest by attaching your CV and answering a few selection questions. It is important to know that this is an expression of interest – it may therefore take some time before you receive feedback, depending on the needs in the operations.
