We are hiring on an ongoing basis, so please feel free to submit your application today! About the Position You will be conducting short interviews with visitors during the Malmö Festival. The interviews take place at various locations within the festival area, where you contact visitors, briefly inform them about the research, and ask them to answer a short survey via tablet. The purpose of the research is to collect visitors' opinions and experiences. The results are used as a basis for developing and improving various activities and events. In some assignments, simple observation tasks may also be included. The assignment will be carried out during the Malmö Festival on August 7–14, 2026 (weeks 32–33). Working Hours Work consists of scheduled shifts during the festival period. Exact working hours will be determined before the assignment starts. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work approximately 25 hours during the Malmö Festival. The scope may vary slightly depending on the assignment's needs. This position is ideal as a side job if you want to work during an intensive period in August. About You We are looking for someone who lives in Malmö and the surrounding area and who has the ability to work during the festival period. You are social, outgoing, and find it natural to reach out to people. You are thorough and comfortable following instructions, while also being able to work independently on site. Since many festival visitors are international, you need to be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. It is advantageous if you have experience with similar work, such as in service, sales, events, or previous research projects. We are looking for someone who: Lives in Malmö and the surrounding area Can work during the Malmö Festival on August 7–14 according to scheduled shifts Speaks Swedish and English Is social, responsible, and self-motivated Is thorough and organized We Offer: A competitive hourly wage.
