The Assistive Technology Services are responsible for operating assistive technology services for people with mobility impairments in the southern part of Stockholm County, as well as regional responsibility for people in need of consumable assistive devices in the home, medical technology equipment in the home, and communication, cognition, vision, and hearing aids. We are seeking a staff member for internal services with a special focus on facility relocations at the Assistive Technology Services for a project position of approximately 1 year. You will be part of operational support where we have 20 employees who support the operations with, among other things, finances, operational follow-up, IT, and patient safety. Your main workplace will be an office in Solna, but you will move between all our locations in Fruängen and Solna every week. Job Responsibilities In this project position, you will work with internal services with a special focus on ensuring our office and warehouse relocations. You represent internal services in the project group for the moves, where together with the facilities strategist and the operations team, you plan, coordinate, and ensure that everything is in order in the new premises before the moves. In addition to being part of the facilities project, you will also handle ongoing internal services for our two offices in Solna. You collaborate closely with your two colleagues in internal services, but hold the overarching responsibility for ensuring that all internal services aspects of the move are arranged. Job responsibilities include: Participate in the facilities project group Coordinate and ensure that internal services parts of the relocation project are completed, such as orders for network, mail services, furniture, coffee machines, etc. Practically prepare the new premises on-site before occupancy. Ensure that purchases are made on time and follow the region's framework agreements and procedures. Handle ongoing internal services such as mail, deliveries, access cards, ordering of consumables, manage and follow up on work orders, handle inventory, etc. Your Background To succeed in this role, you need to have previous experience from similar roles and practical service work and administrative coordination. You are accustomed to working independently, taking your own initiatives, and driving your tasks to completion. Your background gives you a good understanding of service processes and how practical purchases are made in accordance with established procedures and agreements. We are looking for someone who has: Completed upper secondary education. It is meriting if you have post-secondary education in administration, service, or similar. Experience in internal services, office administration, or facility management. Experience in coordination within relocation projects or facilities planning. Experience with practical purchasing and orders based on framework agreements. Experience with work order reporting, practical facility maintenance, and basic IT support. Who Are You? You have the ability to structure your own work and take responsibility for ensuring that practical tasks are completed on time. In the role, you maintain order in orders and follow schedules carefully without losing track of details. Because the project involves changes, you are solution-oriented and flexible, which means you quickly adapt and find practical solutions to unforeseen problems that arise on-site. You have a high service orientation, are relationship-building, and find it very easy to collaborate. This means you work effectively with both the facilities project group, the operations team, and your colleagues in internal services to reach the common goal. The position is filled on the condition that it does not need to be used for internal redeployment, according to current regulations. For patient-facing work within the Stockholm County Healthcare Area: - a criminal record check is applied before the employment decision according to SLSO's overarching guidance for criminal record checks in employment. - employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employee health examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment. - in addition to Swedish professional credentials, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required.
