About the Assignment
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized consultant who wants to help strengthen the piloting operations in the Stockholm area during a period of change and development. The assignment involves close support to managers in both strategic and operational leadership, with a focus on creating structure, clear priorities, and momentum. You will, among other things, analyze the current situation, coordinate change initiatives, prioritize efforts, and contribute to the management and monitoring of operations.
The role involves many points of contact and requires the ability to quickly grasp complex issues, gain an overview, and translate needs into concrete activities. Through your support, you will contribute to increased implementation capacity, stability, and good conditions for managers to lead operations forward.
We Are Looking for You Who Have
Academic education in leadership, management, logistics, maritime affairs, or equivalent experience assessed as equivalent
Documented ability to combine strategic analysis with operational implementation
At least two years of experience as an interim chief executive
Documented strong results from operational activities
Experience in developing analyses, decision-making materials, and recommendations for management
Ability to drive and follow up on improvement initiatives in complex operational environments
Experience in change management and business development
Meritorious Requirements for the Position
Experience in managing managers
Experience managing a 24/7 operation
