Interim Operations Manager

We are now seeking an Interim Operations Manager for one of our clients in Västerås, an exciting opportunity starting September 1st. The assignment involves leading approximately 39 employees and, together with the maintenance manager and functional leaders, establishing work methods, structures, and collaboration forms that create conditions for a well-functioning and long-term sustainable operation. Responsibilities Personnel responsibility for approximately 39 employees. Responsible for work environment, rehabilitation, employee conversations, and salary administration. Ensure correct competence, capacity, and resources based on operational needs. Work with competence procurement and long-term staffing planning. Drive development and implementation of new work methods. Support the maintenance manager and functional leaders in establishing effective structures and collaboration forms. Contribute to engaging, clear, and present leadership. Qualifications We are looking for someone with: Experience in work supervision or coordination of personnel. Experience in competence planning and staffing optimization. Knowledge of work environment practices and employment law processes. Experience in planning and ensuring long-term competence procurement. Experience from technical operations, maintenance, industry, energy, or process operations is advantageous. Personal Qualities To succeed in this assignment, you are a confident, unpretentious person with a strong ability to build trust and engagement. You thrive in change environments, are accustomed to building structure, and have the ability to translate strategic goals into functioning work methods in everyday operations. About Employment The position of Interim Operations Manager is a consulting assignment. The position is part of our staffing services, which means you are employed by us at Adecco but work at the client's site. The employment is full-time.
