We are looking for you who are an experienced authorized auditor and who have a strong interest in audit methodology, regulations, and the profession's development. You have built up substantial expertise through several years of work at an audit firm and thrive in a role where you analyze complex issues, share your knowledge, and serve as qualified support for other professionals. Requirements and qualifications Several years of experience in audit work at an audit firm At least three years of experience as an authorized auditor Very good knowledge of audit methodology Experience in auditing small and medium-sized enterprises within K2 and K3 Experience with different organizational forms and company structures Good understanding of related areas such as accounting, tax, and payroll Good IT competence Fluent Swedish and good English in speech and writing Merits Experience in project management Experience working with methodology development, guidance, or knowledge materials. As a Senior Audit Specialist, you will become an important part of the client's advisory and specialist operations. You will serve as qualified support to professionals in the audit field and provide guidance on issues related to audit, accounting, methodology, and regulations. The questions can range from practical application issues to more complex methodology and regulatory matters. This means you continuously work closely with current issues and changes within the audit industry. You will be part of a specialist team with expertise in areas such as audit, law, and accounting. The work is characterized by close collaboration, significant knowledge exchange, and a shared commitment to ensure high quality and relevant guidance. Work tasks may include: Advisory services in audit and accounting Interpretation and application of regulations, recommendations, and good professional practice Handling and documentation of advisory and member matters Collaboration with internal specialists in law, audit, and accounting Development and creation of guidance, templates, and methodology support Environmental monitoring and analysis of new regulations and industry issues Contribute to knowledge sharing through, for example, webinars, podcasts, and other activities Participate in developing the advisory and knowledge offering Contribute to the development of audit methodology and professional practices. The assignment is a consultant position starting January 2027 and running through December 2027. The position comprises approximately 70–80% employment rate and is offered in a hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote.
