Interim Accounting Expert – Stockholm

About the Assignment We are looking for a senior Accounting Expert with solid experience in complex accounting, regulations, and qualified financial advisory. In this role, you will have a central position as a specialist providing strategic support on advanced accounting matters. You will work at an overarching and advisory level, supporting both management, the finance department, and business units with complex financial issues. The Role As an Accounting Expert, you will contribute deep specialist expertise in accounting, regulations, and financial management. The focus is on qualified matters that go beyond routine accounting, where your experience and ability to analyze, assess, and provide clear recommendations become central. Your areas of responsibility include: Advisory services on advanced and complex accounting matters Handling and quality assurance of complex financial statements Interpretation and implementation of regulations and accounting standards Strategic support to management, the finance department, and other business units Analysis and assessment of accounting and tax implications Development of processes, procedures, and internal controls We Are Looking for Someone Who Has approximately 10-18 years of experience in accounting, audit, and/or financial management Has experience from senior positions or particularly qualified specialist roles Has deep knowledge of accounting regulations and relevant legal areas, with particular expertise in tax law Has documented experience with complex financial statements and qualified accounting matters Is a confident and experienced advisor who can translate complex expert knowledge into clear and business-oriented recommendations Communicates clearly and easily builds trust at different levels within an organization Personal Qualities To succeed in this role, we believe you are analytical, business-minded, and solution-oriented.
