Assignment period: October 2026 – March 2027
Scope: Full-time
Location: Stockholm
About the Role
You will become an important operational part of the People team and work closely with People Business Partners, Finance, IT, managers, and external vendors.
Your main areas of responsibility include:
Managing and administering HR systems while ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR data
Administering and quality-assuring payroll, pensions, and benefits for employees across the Nordic region
Supporting managers and employees with questions about payroll, HR systems, policies, benefits, and ongoing HR processes
Developing, automating, and streamlining HR processes and workflows
Identifying opportunities to use AI and other digital tools to reduce manual work
Ensuring high data quality and managing any discrepancies between HR and payroll data
Supporting annual HR processes such as salary reviews, variable compensation, and salary mapping
Collaborating with Finance, IT, and other internal functions to ensure efficient end-to-end processes
Maintaining contact with external vendors in areas such as payroll, pensions, and benefits
About You
You have at least 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR administration, payroll, HRIS, or a similar role. You are comfortable working independently and thrive in a broad role where structure and meticulous administration are combined with process development and improvement.
We would particularly like to see that you have:
Practical experience with HR systems and HR data
Experience with Swedish/Nordic payroll administration as well as pensions and benefits
Experience mapping, developing, and preferably automating HR processes
Very strong administrative skills and a high attention to quality and detail
Interest in digitalization, AI, and how technology can streamline HR work
Ability to independently drive your work and solve problems
Good communication skills and a service-oriented approach
Meritorious
It is particularly valuable if you have experience with HiBob, HR reporting and analytics, dashboards, or automated reports. Experience with international payroll, benefits, or HR administration across multiple countries is also a plus, as is knowledge of GDPR and Nordic regulations for payroll and pensions.
As a Person
You are structured, solution-oriented, and unpretentious with a genuine interest in both people and technology. You appreciate creating order and quality in day-to-day work, but are also driven by finding smarter ways to work.
This is an assignment for you if you want to combine HR Operations, payroll, and People Tech while contributing to developing and streamlining the People function in an organization with a fast pace and international environment.
