We are now seeking an experienced interim Negotiations Manager for a state authority in Stockholm/Sundbyberg. This assignment is ideal for you if you have solid experience in labor law, negotiations, and labor union collaboration, and if you can quickly step into a central role during a period of change and development.

About the Assignment
As interim Negotiations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for leading and coordinating the authority's negotiation activities. You will enter an ongoing change process and need to quickly create structure, overview, and momentum in both ongoing and upcoming negotiations.
The role involves, among other things:
lead, prioritize, and coordinate negotiations
when needed, personally drive and lead negotiations
manage and ensure appropriate handling of delegated negotiation mandates
provide qualified support to managers, HR, and leadership on labor law matters
support the organization in dialogue with worker organizations
contribute strategic expertise in negotiations and labor law
create structure and forward planning in negotiation work
conduct a review of the employer development area.
The review should, among other things, identify strengths, development areas, and the need for clearer work methods, roles, responsibilities, and organization. The assignment concludes with recommendations to the HR Director regarding the continued direction of employer development and proposals for roles, responsibilities, and organizational conditions for a future recruitment of a permanent negotiations manager. This role carries no personnel responsibility.
We Are Looking for You
You are a confident and senior negotiator with very good understanding of labor law and experience working closely with both HR, managers, and leadership.
We would like you to have:
solid experience in negotiation work
very good knowledge of labor law
experience in negotiations and dialogue with worker organizations
experience independently leading and driving complex negotiations
experience providing qualified labor law support to managers and leadership
experience in change initiatives and organizational development
ability to quickly familiarize yourself with a new operation and create structure
very good communication and strategic skills.
To succeed in this role, you need to be self-directed, organized, and confident in your expertise. You need to be able to move between strategic issues and operational negotiation work and have an easy way of building trust within the organization.
