Valora Bemanning is seeking an experienced interim unit manager for a longer consulting assignment in a municipality in Region Sörmland. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, budget, and work environment. The assignment encompasses both operational and strategic matters with a focus on ensuring quality, continuity, and stable leadership during the assignment period. You will work in close collaboration with other managers and participate in the management team's collective work and the continued development of the operations. 📍 A municipality in Region Sörmland 📅 Start: As soon as possible, preferably by September 2026 ⏳ Period: At least 4 months, with possibility for extension 📊 Scope: 80–100 % 🏢 On-site presence: At least 3–4 days per week Requirements • Higher education as a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or equivalent qualification – diploma must be provided • Strong knowledge and experience in municipal health and medical care • At least 6 years of experience in municipal health and medical care/rehabilitation within the last 10 years • At least 3 years of experience as a manager in municipal or regional rehabilitation • Experience with operations, personnel, budget, and work environment responsibility • Excellent social skills, collaboration ability, and leadership capability • Ability to participate in a digital interview on August 26–28, 2026, or adjacent dates Application Send your CV, availability, and preferably a brief description of relevant management experience to Valora Bemanning.
