About the Assignment We are seeking an interim unit manager for our client in Sörmland for a position in healthcare and rehabilitation. The assignment starts as soon as possible, preferably no later than September 2026, and runs for at least four months with the possibility of extension. The position is 80–100% full-time. The assignment is performed mainly on-site and you will need to be physically present approximately 3–4 days per week. Your Responsibilities As interim unit manager, you are responsible for ensuring operations and quality during an ongoing recruitment period. You have operational, budget, work environment, and personnel responsibility for the unit's employees and work both operatively and strategically. The operations consist of approximately 22 employees and work with medical expertise for patients in regular housing, special housing, and functional support. Further, you will: Responsible for operations, budget, work environment, and personnel. Ensure the quality and continuity of operations. Lead and develop the operations both operatively and strategically. Responsible for personnel management and work environment issues. Work with the continued development of operations. Collaborate with other unit managers and participate in the management group. Collaborate with employees and other professionals within healthcare and rehabilitation. Your Qualifications Higher education, at least physical therapist, occupational therapist, or equivalent education. At least six years of experience in municipal healthcare and/or rehabilitation during the past ten years. At least three years of experience as a manager within municipal or regional rehabilitation. Good knowledge of municipal healthcare. Experience with similar assignments as unit manager within healthcare and/or rehabilitation. Good social skills, collaboration abilities, and strong leadership qualities. Ability to work on-site approximately 3–4 days per week. Ability to begin the assignment as soon as possible, preferably no later than September 2026. Ability to participate in interviews during August 26–28, 2026.
