We are seeking an experienced interim unit manager for an assignment in Stockholm County starting August 17, 2026.
In this role, you will be responsible for the financial assistance unit with approximately 25 employees and lead the operations through an important change process with a focus on stability, development, and implementation of upcoming legal requirements and benefit reforms.
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work, at least five years of management experience, and substantial experience in financial assistance, maintenance support, and public authority work in accordance with the Social Services Act (SoL).
