WE ARE HIRING AN INTEREST GROUP INSTRUCTOR (woodworking and sports) at the "Rūja" branch (indefinite term, full-time) We offer: social guarantees in accordance with state administration regulations; salary (gross) from EUR 851 – EUR 1098; remuneration during probation period up to EUR 858; 25% monthly allowance for work related to special risk; normal, reduced working hours - 35h per week; additional leave for special risk (3 working days per year) and additional leave for annual evaluation (from 4 - 10 working days per year); health insurance after 3 months of work; professional colleagues, growth and training opportunities; work experience in state administration. Key responsibilities: plan, organize and conduct creative, leisure and sports activities for clients; adapt classes to clients' individual needs, abilities and health conditions; provide clients with a safe, supportive and positive environment during activities; conduct woodworking classes and other creative activities, following safety requirements; organize and conduct physical activities indoors and outdoors; promote clients' independence, social inclusion, communication skills and self-expression; provide clients with necessary support during activities; cooperate with colleagues and other specialists when organizing events and daily activities; ensure provision of materials and equipment necessary for classes; maintain necessary documentation regarding classes and client participation. Requirements for applicants: professional secondary education corresponding to the interest group field; work experience in the profession of at least one year; state language proficiency; desired experience in pedagogical work; valid electronic signature (we will help you create one).
