We are growing to help more patients, and since 2023, the hospital's capacity has tripled and eight new operations have been launched. In Post-Op/ICU, we work in teams with nursing assistants, intensive care nurses, physiotherapists, and physicians. We have capacity for both recovery, postoperative care, and three intensive care beds. "The fact that the hospital is smaller makes everything feel close-knit and collaboration comes naturally. About the Role As an intensive care nurse with us: you provide postoperative care following surgery you care for patients requiring intensive care you are part of our internal emergency response team 24/7 you use bedside reporting according to SBAR where patients are actively involved. "Here I feel I'm doing a good job and have time for my patients. I don't use my intensive care expertise every day—but when it's needed, it's crucial," says Anna. Who Are You? Your Experience To be qualified for this position, you must be a licensed nurse with advanced training in intensive care or anesthesia and have experience working in an intensive care unit. It is advantageous if you have experience in surgical care and background in development work. We view favorably if you have worked with TakeCare and/or Orbit.
