Work as a specialist nurse in operations is qualified, and we therefore want you to have at least 5 years of experience within your specialty. We believe this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role, and this aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We would like to see that you have experience from several different operating departments. You should be interested in professional development and moving forward in your career. We value participation in courses and training.
