You & Us & The JobAs Integration Manager, you are responsible for ensuring efficient, stable, and high-quality integrations between PostNord, our customers, and system partners. You drive customer integrations from start to complete solution and function as an important link between operations, customers, and technology. This is a proactive role where you act as an advisor to our customers, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure that customers and partners receive long-term sustainable digital solutions. Your main responsibilities Drive, develop, and support integrations with customers and system partners and ensure efficient, automated, and future-proof digital solutions. Be responsible for successful go-lives and follow up and, if necessary, adjust solutions in consultation with customer and partner managers. Identify improvement opportunities, drive development initiatives, and communicate changes together with service owners and other stakeholders. Manage, analyze, and address quality deficiencies and recurring issues in integrations and data flows. From time to time, act as technical support to customer teams, product organization, IT, and operations. Document solutions and ensure correct information in our systems. Contribute to the development of the integration area and our digital offerings. Interested in monitoring the external environment and staying updated on technological development, trends, and new opportunities in the integration field. What you bring: Several years of experience in integration work at the intersection between business, technology, and customers. Relevant post-secondary education in IT, systems science, computer science, industrial economics, logistics, or equivalent. Education in integration platforms, system architecture, or project management is a plus. Experience driving and/or project managing integration and change initiatives together with customers and system partners in retail and/or logistics. Experience in business analysis and requirements work, plus the ability to translate business needs into sustainable and business-adapted solutions. Good understanding of integration architecture, information flows, and the interaction between operations, processes, and technology. Knowledge of modern integration methods such as APIs, REST, EDI, file transfers, and automated data flows. Understanding of how automated solutions and modern technology can be used to create efficient flows between internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of implementation, go-live, and maintenance of technical solutions, as well as troubleshooting and monitoring of system integrations. A data-driven approach where you use data, monitoring, and key metrics to identify development opportunities and prioritize improvement efforts.
