About Pågen Pågen is a family-owned business in its fifth generation that has been baking bread since 1878. Here we bake with care and consideration for our raw materials and products, employees, consumers, and shared resources. With two bakeries where skilled bakers work day and night, and with Sweden's largest sales force, Pågen supplies fresh bread to the country's stores and export markets every day. We also operate two mills that supply the bakeries with Swedish flour. With products including packaged fresh bread, yeast pastries, rusks, and hot dog and hamburger buns, we are now taking a step into the future by building a new bakery in Landskrona. What We Offer At Pågen, you have the opportunity to work with integrations that are directly business-critical to one of Sweden's most well-known food producers. You will be part of an organization with short decision-making processes, high technical ambition, and significant investments in the future. The new bakery in Landskrona will be a central part of our digitalization journey, where integrations and information flows are critical to success. Here you have the opportunity to influence both solutions and direction, while developing together with engaged colleagues in a long-term and stable organization. The role is located at our head office in Malmö – historic ground for Pågen and right next to the bakery, where the aroma of freshly baked bread is a natural part of everyday life.
