About the Role – Nursing Assistant in Home Care (Evening Shifts) As a team member with us, you work both independently and in teams – always close to the care recipient in their home. Work is primarily scheduled for afternoons and evenings, which suits you if you prefer working later in the day. Your responsibilities include: Participating in care and support in close collaboration with nurses, physiotherapists, and others Documenting according to current procedures Contributing to the team's shared responsibility, quality work, and workplace meetings We work solution-focused – we see opportunities, not obstacles – and together create a work environment where we have fun, develop, and support each other. Are You the Right Fit? You have passed Swedish 1/A (or Swedish as a second language) You have a B driver's license – a requirement for this position 🚗 You have excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written You are confident with documentation You are engaged, responsible, and have a warm approach 💛 We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
