We're looking for you with a military background who wants to lead exclusive survival courses and civilian soldier challenges in Sälen. We arrange premium crisis preparedness training, winter and summer survival courses, and civilian soldier challenges for private individuals and management teams. Our concept is built on a unique contrast: supreme comfort at our lodge combined with intense, controlled days out on the mountain/in the forest. To deliver the absolute highest quality and safety in the industry, we're now seeking more professional instructors. We're looking for someone who has – or recently had – an employment with Försvarsmakten (professional officer, reserve officer, or GSS/T) with experience in leadership and fieldwork under tough conditions.
