Your Role As an instructor in the mine's training function, you and your team are responsible for training our new and existing employees in safety, machine operation, and work methods. Our goal is to continuously develop and improve LKAB by creating educational trainings that contribute to future mining operations. Your focus is in preparation, which includes tunnel charging, rock reinforcement, netting, scaling, and drilling. You will also, together with the team, be responsible for other trainings such as truck, wheel loader, bobcat, backhoe, evacuation routes, lifts, traverses, and counterweight trucks. Your overall responsibilities: Plan, conduct, and administer trainings Contact with external and internal customers/suppliers Evaluate, update, and develop training materials What you bring To succeed in this role, we see that you are organized and meticulous. You also have an interest in safety, mining, technology, and machines. You communicate clearly and are accustomed to adapting your communication to different audiences. It is important that you are receptive, as the role involves collaboration with many different people. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and contribute to a learning environment where safety and development are in focus. You also bring: Complete upper secondary school grades B driving license for manual transmission Administrative ability and computer skills Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written Previous experience with some work task in preparation (for example, tunnel charging, rock reinforcement, netting, or scaling) It is meriting if you have: C driving license Explosives certificate class A We warmly welcome your application!
