Installer/Technician – Installation of hybrid grass, artificial grass, Hydrowick, K-Grön and serving as a technician with all administrative tasks.
Company History: ÅhusTurf was founded in 1989, and in 2012 the company took a new direction by fully committing to hybrid grass. Since the product was completely new to the market, we started from scratch. In 2021 we received a patent for our unique hybrid solution and have completed over 2,000 installations since 2016. During 2025, we chose to expand our portfolio with various products primarily for golf to become comprehensive within the artificial segment, i.e., artificial grass, range mats, etc. We install artificial grass in all environments, of course, not just in the golf world.
At the turn of the year to 2026, we also started with our new drainage system Hydrowick and our noise barrier K-grön. These are products we want to work fully with to get them to market in the second half of 2026.
Job Description: In this role, you will have a broad and varied work day that encompasses all areas of the company's operations. No two weeks are alike; one day you might be out doing installations and the next day administering the office. The job also involves meeting customers, participating in trade shows, packing shipments, or taking on other tasks.
Your main responsibility will always be installations, which currently include hybrid grass and artificial grass. Hybrid grass installation is physically demanding, as you work a lot on your knees and attach the product with installation pins.
NOTE: You should be in good physical condition to handle this long-term, as installations require physical strength and capacity. When we work at other locations, we work long days, not 7-16.
Who You Are: You are a person who is curious and willing to take on all tasks within the company. You thrive in an environment where the pace shifts from week to week. When we're at the office, the workload is lighter, but when we're doing installations, it's full speed to meet deadlines, as we work from a quotation and have a budget to meet. You should be able to handle up to 90 nights away each year for travel.
