As an installation technician at Installationsgruppen, you will primarily work with installations of telecommunications, data, fiber, alarms, camera surveillance, indoor coverage for 4G, 5G, and RAKEL. This involves running cables, performing installations, labeling, and documenting at our customer sites, which are mostly located in the Mälardalen region and the greater Stockholm area.
Occasionally we have assignments in other parts of Sweden, and sometimes we have jobs abroad. So there will be considerable variation between larger and smaller projects and where your workplace will be located. This means you need to be comfortable changing environments from time to time.
We are looking for someone with a basic technical interest, a talent for practical work, and most importantly – HIGH WORK ETHIC. If you have technical training and/or experience from similar work, that is of course a merit, but the most important thing is that you are a productive and results-oriented person who takes your work seriously. If you haven't worked with this type of technical installation before, at least you have the interest and ambition to learn and become as skilled as possible. Perhaps you have tried work in the construction industry as a carpenter or fitter, or perhaps you have experience from the IT field. Regardless of your background, your ambition is to deliver good craftsmanship, develop yourself, and become skilled at what you do.
