The Community Development Administration in Järfälla Municipality is a department with a broad mandate, responsible for everything from early stages in the community development process to operations and management. We are over 320 employees working together for the department under the Environmental and Building Permits Board, the Technical Board, and the Municipal Executive Board. Järfälla is an expanding municipality, growing both geographically and organizationally. The Property Department consists of approximately 50 employees and is responsible for about 430,000 m² of premises, including schools, preschools, cultural and sports facilities, and care and residential housing, of which over 100,000 m² are leased premises and apartments distributed across nearly 200 agreements. We need to recruit an Energy and Sustainability Manager. The municipality has high environmental ambitions and a strong focus on environment, sustainability, and carbon dioxide emissions, which includes reuse and circularity. The department consists of 3 units: in addition to the Administration Unit, there is also the Property Project Management Unit and the Customer and Technology Unit. We work on all types of projects: maintenance projects, installation projects, renovation projects, space adaptations, expansion projects, and new construction. On our unit, we work together as a team and solve problems together; no one is better than anyone else. We constantly work on improvements and refine our processes. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Property Department is responsible for the municipality's construction projects. The operation has a strong focus on economics, quality, and continuous efficiency improvement. You will become part of an experienced and cohesive unit with project managers, installation coordinators, and project coordinators, with access to several experts within the department. As an installation coordinator, you are engaged and come with suggestions and solutions. Communication is an important tool where you need the skill to handle clients, consultants, and contractors in their own language in a construction context. It also includes being a good employee and colleague who listens and shares your experiences. Are you the person with technical interest? Who can delve deep and learn new products or systems when they become relevant in our projects? Who wants to know more about how things work? Who can see the practical aspects of how our systems can work together? Who is not afraid to open the equipment cabinet to see how it looks, but also see how our installations are presented in our parent system when completed? As an installation coordinator, you will, among other things: • Specify requirements for and lead installation coordination in construction projects • Participate in project teams and support project managers in construction projects • Review and plan installations and ensure function between different installations • Participate in meetings with project managers and consultants QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have: • Upper secondary education • Preferably several years of experience as an installation coordinator • Good knowledge of all installations and systems in a building • Experience with construction projects • Preferably experience with public procurement • Good skills in Swedish, spoken and written • IT skills, preferably advanced knowledge of IT and IT communication • Class B driver's license • BAS-P/BAS-U Meritorious qualifications: • Knowledge of CAD and/or 3D design • DUC and PLC systems and parent systems • Detection technology, sensors, and bus/network communication Personal qualities We are looking for you who are organized, stable, and creative.
