Your Day-to-Day Depending on your background and what works best for you, we'll match you with either service assignments or contract projects. Your work tasks may include: Electrical installations in new construction and renovations (contract work). Service, troubleshooting, and maintenance (service). Working in a close-knit team where quality and safety are in focus. We naturally have a collective agreement with SEF, which gives you fair working conditions, good insurance, and security from day one. The position is full-time, daytime hours. Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for everyone from apprentices to fully qualified electricians. Your experience matters, but your attitude is decisive. We're looking for someone who: Takes responsibility and works independently. Is a positive team player who brings good energy. Wants to develop long-term in your professional role. Requirements Completed electrical training (upper secondary or equivalent). Class B driver's license. Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. ECY Meritorious ESA (Electrical Safety Instructions). Lift certificate, Hot Work or SSG/Safe Construction. Your Security and Future You will be employed by Boost, but your placement will be with one of our partner companies where you'll work as a natural part of their team.
