About the Role We're looking for a driven and ambitious installation chief who wants to take full responsibility for building and leading our installer organization – from today's approximately 20 employees to 70. This is a role for someone who wants to lead people and also stay close to operations. You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and build an organization that delivers high quality and strong results – together. You'll have the opportunity to establish structure, create culture, and shape a high-performing installer organization in a company with ambitious goals. Your Responsibilities Overall responsibility for building and developing the installer organization from 20 to 70 employees Establish structures, work methods, and strategies for how the organization will be built and scaled Lead, coach, and develop installers and team leaders Recruitment, onboarding, and personnel management Ensure quality, efficiency, and delivery in installations Work closely with company management on both strategic and operational matters Our installers are located throughout Sweden, which means traveling approximately once per month. Who Are You? Requirements: Experience in field sales or installation following field sales Experience leading or coaching employees Technical proficiency Experience working toward goals, KPIs, and clear follow-up Excellent Swedish, spoken and written Driver's license category B Experience with AI in the workplace Meritorious: Experience building or developing organizations/teams Industry experience from security or alarm sectors Personal Qualities We believe you are: Confident in your leadership but hungry for development Results-oriented and quality-conscious A team player who creates energy around you Structured and action-oriented With us, the pace is high and goals are clear.
