Main job responsibilities: • Conduct supervision in the healthcare sector, analyze healthcare processes, promote patient-centered safe and quality healthcare service delivery, review complaints and submissions, and provide responses within the institution's competence; • Advise clients on regulatory requirements, conduct inspections and controls, initiate and review administrative cases, and make decisions; • Participate in the preparation of reports on findings from inspections, thereby helping to improve the healthcare system as a whole.
