We are now recruiting an Inspector in Social Services to Jönköping. About the Job As an inspector, you will primarily handle cases within the area of Unexecuted Decisions. This involves overseeing municipalities that have not implemented their approved service decisions within the stipulated timeframe. You will work closely with colleagues to conduct investigations, analyze documentation, and prepare applications for special fees to the court. Cases are prepared in close collaboration with colleagues and decision-makers. IVO is an organization in development, and the work area may change based on new assignments and priorities set by the authority. We are continually developing our methods and work practices, which means that in your role as an inspector, you need to be development-oriented and flexible to be able to adapt to changing circumstances. Requirements Profile We are looking for someone who has: a university degree focused on social work or equivalent education that the authority deems relevant at least 2 years of current experience in work related to the social services sector at least 2 years of current experience in case handling and administrative authority work within the social services sector good knowledge of laws and regulations within the social services area a strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. It is advantageous if you have experience in: work related to unexecuted decisions and the implementation of services for individuals within the social services sector work focused on child and family care, elderly care, and support for persons with disabilities oversight planning of interventions within the above areas. You should be able to work independently and have a strong ability to prioritize and structure multiple tasks simultaneously. You should have good analytical skills and be able to review and analyze objectively. You are thorough and organized, but also flexible. Furthermore, you have excellent collaboration skills, are confident in your decisions, and can constructively incorporate and consider others' viewpoints and perspectives.
