As InQuire continues to grow, we are now strengthening our Operations team with a Logistics Planning & Forecasting Specialist. Here you will have a key role in developing our delivery plans, analyzing complex flows, and creating efficient logistics solutions that make a difference – every day. About the Role As a Logistics Planning & Forecasting Specialist, you will work to develop and optimize our delivery plans to create a supply chain where quality, delivery precision, sustainability, and cost work together in the best possible way. You analyze flows, forecasts, and volumes to identify improvement opportunities and translate your insights into smarter approaches and more efficient logistics solutions. The role involves close collaboration with customers, transportation providers, and multiple internal functions. You will be an important link between strategy and operational delivery and help ensure that our solutions continue to be at the forefront. With us you will, among other things develop and maintain efficient delivery plans analyze volumes, forecasts, and delivery patterns identify improvement opportunities and drive optimization initiatives create smart planning groups and efficient route combinations ensure that delivery plans are communicated and followed collaborate closely with customers, transportation providers, and colleagues in Operations contribute to developing our approaches and logistics solutions. We believe you have: post-secondary education in logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent several years of experience with tactical or complex planning good analytical skills and experience working data-driven experience with improvement and development work a strong interest in logistics, optimization, and business development.
