About the Role As an administrator with customer responsibility, you are responsible for providing customers with a high level of service and ensuring that the order flow runs smoothly. You work closely with both sales and production and become an important part of daily operations. The role is broad and will develop over time based on the business's needs and your strengths. Examples of tasks: Answer incoming calls and emails Maintain contact with customers and suppliers Register and administer orders Handle administrative tasks related to sales and delivery Administer lists in Excel Contribute to the company's work with social media Participate in development and improvement projects Who Are You? We Are Looking for You Have completed upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on administration, economics, business, or other relevant education Have good knowledge of Swedish and English Have good experience with the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel Have experience from an administrative, service-oriented, or customer-facing role Are used to taking responsibility and driving your work forward Have a flexible approach to work and gladly help even outside your main area of responsibility Meritorious Experience with Business Central Experience with order management or inside sales Experience from smaller companies where you had a broad role Experience working with social media Driver's license is helpful but not required About the Company Popz Sverige AB is part of the American group Popz Holding LLC.
