We're looking for someone who: Above all, speaks fluent Swedish and Finnish, both spoken and written Has technical competence and interest related to the automotive industry Preferably has an interest in working with engines, machinery, tractors, trucks, and cars Ideally has previous experience with customer contact – you know how important it is to meet people with service and engagement ABOUT THE TEAM AND THE POSITION Our inside sales team consists of 18 engaged salespeople from different backgrounds with a shared interest in machinery and technology. Together with our customer service department, we ensure a smooth purchasing process and high customer satisfaction. As an inside sales representative, you'll become part of a work environment characterized by collaboration, technical expertise, and work enjoyment – with great opportunities to develop and make a difference for our customers. Our customers are both workshops and players in construction, marine, tractor, and agriculture sectors. You'll work with our entire product range and primarily with our Finnish-speaking customers. We currently have 2 Finnish-speaking colleagues, so you'll become an important part of "Team Finland." You'll primarily work with: Handling incoming orders via e-commerce and phone Guiding and supporting customers in their purchases, from product selection to using our e-commerce platform Providing technical support and advice across all our product groups Assisting with matters related to the Finnish market and business We value being reliable and knowledgeable and always offering genuine service.
