About the Role
As an inside sales representative with us, you'll play a central role in our continued growth. Your focus is to contact homeowners by phone and sell our battery solutions that help customers gain better control over their energy consumption and electricity costs.
Beyond sales, you'll also create qualified leads for your field sales colleagues. You're responsible for building relationships, identifying customer needs, and guiding customers through the sales process to close.
The role offers great freedom with responsibility, including evening and weekend work. You'll work primarily from home with the ability to plan your workday yourself and come into the office approximately one day per week.
When you start with us, you'll receive thorough onboarding, training in our product segment, and ongoing coaching to give you the best possible conditions to succeed.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone with experience in phone sales who enjoys creating results through the phone as your primary work tool.
To succeed in this role, we believe you are:

Accustomed to working toward set goals and able to work flexible hours
Previous experience in the energy sector is a merit but not required.
