About the Role As an inside sales representative with us, you'll play a central role in our continued growth. Your focus is to contact homeowners by phone and sell our battery solutions that help customers gain better control over their energy consumption and electricity costs. Beyond sales, you'll also create qualified leads for your colleagues who work in the field. You're responsible for building relationships, identifying customer needs, and guiding the customer through the sales process to closing the deal. The role offers great freedom with responsibility, and evening and weekend work is included. You'll work mainly from home with the ability to plan your workday yourself and come into the office approximately one day per week. We're looking for someone with experience in phone sales who thrives at creating results through the phone as your primary work tool.
