As an inside sales representative, you receive incoming calls from private customers and work proactively with existing customers. You identify the customer's needs and offer relevant insurance solutions and services that create security in everyday life. The role also includes in-person customer meetings and managing customer dialogue in our digital channels. You contribute to high customer satisfaction through professional and personal service, while working toward set sales targets. We're looking for someone who is goal-oriented and driven by reaching sales targets. You have experience in sales and customer service and are communicative both verbally and in writing. You have a knack for building good customer relationships, are flexible toward changes and new ways of working, and can plan and structure your day. You enjoy customer interactions, whether they occur via phone, in person, or digitally. To help you feel confident in the role, we offer mandatory training during the first few weeks. You'll learn our systems, products, and working methods, as well as how to apply your knowledge in customer meetings.
