The Role As an inside sales representative, you contact new customers and offer service and maintenance for their heat pumps. You drive the conversation from the initial greeting to a booked customer. It's about quickly building trust, understanding the customer's needs, and making it easy for them to say yes. You'll get clear targets, ongoing coaching, and work together with a team where we help, push, and challenge each other every day. The phone is your most important tool – your personality is your second most important. We believe you Love talking with people and feel comfortable on the phone Have energy, drive, and like working toward clear goals Are motivated by results and want to influence your own salary Are competitive without losing sight of the team Want to develop in sales and get better every week Sales experience is a plus.
