The Role As an inside sales representative, you contact new customers and offer them service and maintenance for their heat pumps. You drive the conversation from hello to booked customer. It's about quickly building trust, understanding the customer's needs, and making it easy for them to say yes. You get clear targets, ongoing coaching, and work as part of a team where we help, push, and challenge each other every day. The phone is your most important tool – your personality is your second most important.
