The Role As an inside sales representative, you contact new customers and offer them heat pump maintenance and service. You drive the conversation from hello to booked customer. It's about quickly building trust, understanding the customer's needs, and making it easy for them to say yes. You'll get clear targets, ongoing coaching, and work as part of a team where we help, push, and challenge each other every single day. The phone is your most important tool – your personality is your second most important.
